Red and green band trailers

This is a green band this is at the start of every trailer that is. The trailer has to be suitable for a 12A audience, however the actual film may be a 15. This just means that any swearing or violence has to be taken out. A red band however is for 15 rated audiences and can include swearing and violence. A 15 rated film would do this so that their trailer is shown in more places and would draw up more attention. An example of a 15 film that had scenes removed from a red band trailer is the 2017 film Logan. One scene was removed and this was a scene that showed violence, however this scene did feature in the red band trailer.
