Red and green band trailers
This is a green band this is at the start of every trailer
that is. The trailer has to be suitable for a 12A audience, however the actual
film may be a 15. This just means that any swearing or violence has to be taken
out. A red band however is for 15 rated audiences and can include swearing and violence.
A 15 rated film would do this so that their trailer is shown in more places and
would draw up more attention. An example of a 15 film that had scenes removed
from a red band trailer is the 2017 film Logan. One scene was removed and this
was a scene that showed violence, however this scene did feature in the red
band trailer.

Hashtags
On my
third teaser trailer, I introduced a hashtag at the end of the trailer. This was
#SaveTheSchool. Putting a hashtag on trailers is a good way for the news to
travel that this film is coming out. It lets audiences talk about it on social
media such as twitter. These are some examples of films that have done this. Sucicide
squad used the hashtag # SucicideSquad. This is very simple and is just the
name of the film, but it was trending on twitter, and eveyone was talking about
it, after this trailer was realsed. However, the film Bad Santa 2 used the
hashtag #ThisisBS. This is a comical hashtag as the BS obviously stands for Bad
Santa, however it could be seen to mean another thing. Both these hashtags gives
the movie an advantage as more people will be talking about the films, meaning
more people might go an see them.

Idea for third teaser trailer
Teacher teaser trailer-
For this, I will need to interview the teachers from the school. To make this realistic I have asked a few of the actual teachers around the school to play a small part in it. This will make it more believable as they are the actual age they are supposed to be.
Shows 3/4 teachers talking about what they think about the school. The first few scenes are going to make it sound like the teachers are all hard working and love being at school, however, when it shows the teachers talking, it shows they don’t really care that much about being there.
Teachers saying phrases such as “The only good thing here is that the budget is unlimited. That’s probably why we’re in so much dept.” or “I’ve only turned up 3 times this year and we’re in November.”
